Pulley Type Wire Drawing Machine
Usage
This machine is ideal for drawing high-, medium-, and low-carbon steel wire, as well as copper, aluminum, and alloy wire. It is widely used in nail, screw, and rivet manufacturing factories.
Structure
The equipment consists of a main reduction box, die casing, wheel frame, wire brace, and electrical control system. The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motors, with gear coupling running changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in a sealed box body, with gear pairs lubricated with oil. A cooling device is installed in the inter-wall of the block to lower residual heat on the surface.
The machine operates with crawl or linkage. A safety halt gear is installed at the position of the operation block.
